Featured Recipe: Wild Mushroom Zoodle Carbonara

  • Shimeji Mushrooms
  • Shiitake Mushrooms
  • Straw Mushrooms
  • Spreadable Ricotta Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Zucchini


Cut up Zucchini into noodles using spiral grater or Julienne Peeler.
Mince Garlic and fry until golden brown and set aside.
Saute assorted mushrooms and add a portion of the fried garlic.
Add Ricotta Cheese into the pan.
Add Zucchini
Add water to thin out Ricotta into a creamy sauce of desired consistency
Season with Salt and Pepper
Transfer into plate or bowl and top with remaining fried garlic.
